Richard your host is an accomplished cook and has appeared on many tv programes including Home grown , river journeys and along side Anthony Worrell-Thompson and paul Rankin on ukfood . He also owned until recently an artisan smokehouse supplying among others Harvey Nichols, sharrow bay country house hotel and Fortnum and masons and has won many gold awards for the food he smoked .
