Being only 1/2 mile from Junc 40 of the M6 we are the ideal B&B for people staying over in Penrith while traveling to/from Scotland.

The guest rooms are in annexed accommodation in our family home. A private entrance leads into the conservatory where breakfast is served overlooking the gardens which are abound with flowers, azaleas, rhododendrons and the orchard were our resident hens live providing an ample supply of eggs to enjoy at breakfast.

On your arrival you will be served home made cakes ,tea or coffee as you start to unwind and relax in the informal and comfortable surroundings.
